Service delivery poor

I had a problem with my car and took it to the work-shop, But at first I had a problem with the dealership as they did not want to pay for the repair. We had an agreement with the dealership to repair and this was back in February 2022 when the dealership bought the part needed, Only for the workshop to say to us they have a backlog of other clients whom they are servicing as mine has been at their workshop for long time without progress. I had an understanding and let them continue with other clients, only after a month they decided to repair the car. Then they found that there is something wrong with the parts being fitted and this was back on the 22.03.2022 till to date they still did not remove the part and get the problem solved. Whenever I call I get to be told they working on it and that it is not an easy job to do. I appreciate that they do good quality job but their service and timeframes is not good.
