JAG Auto Tech CC is dishonest. They **** to me and said the oil cooler in Renault Sandero Stepway was irreparable. They claimed to have ordered a second hand one which would cost me R4500 excluding VAT. The truth of the matter is that they repaired the self same oil cooler from my car, cleaned it, repaired it and reinstalled but still charged me R4500 excluding VAT. Fortunately, I was able to prove this to them and, after some argument, they realised they had no leg to stand on, they refunded me R4500 plus VAT. This happened on 24-Feb-2021.
