Pathetic service
I took the vehicle for repairs at JAG on the 1st of September , which they haven’t even started working on . I’ve been informed that parts are in back lock and there’s nothing they can do . I’m advised that I must wait 15 to 21 more days which is a major inconvenience for me on top of the current 16 days . All that Sandy says is that they can’t help unfortunately, it’s out of their control .

09 May 2023, 15:13Hi Thulani, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if the agents for the vehicle manufacturers cannot supply replacement parts.If they tell us parts are on backorder there is absolutely nothing we can do.
