Shocking service

Walked into this dealership on Friday, April 10 and stood around for about 5 minutes looking like a spare wheel, until eventually one very unhelpful gentleman asked me what I wanted. "To buy a car!" was my answer. He said I'd have to wait. Being too ***headed to learn, I returned there on April 16. Ricardo Reddy had to take me to the backend of beyond the workshop to show me the one lonely Jaecoo J5 they have in the whole place. I asked for the best price on a particular model, Ricardo promised to get back to me with someoptions - I'm still holding my breath waiting! My experience has put me off the whole NMI group - and I will ensure I never buy a car from them!
