Buying online ****s

To all online buyers , please do not buy anything from Jadefern.com. These are pure ********. I bought shoes online on the 20th of March 2022 for R622.52. I was advised that it would take a month for me to receive the delivery. After a month I did not receive anything. I wrote them an email and I got a response after two days. I was assured that my order was being prepared. After two months I wrote them again and I was told that my order was dispatched , it was on the way. I wrote an email again and I was promised that my order was on the way. I have twelve mails with the same answer. Then they wrote an email and said they could refund me if I want. I then requested for a refund which I never got. As of today their email has been deactivated. Please becareful when buying online
