Not worth the headache

On the 9th I went into the Jade & Velvet at Highstreet, Cape Town store and ordered an outfit to the value of R1670.00 with Murle to be altered and ready for me to collect today 14/12/2022-

At 13:00 today (14/12/2022) I went to the store to collect my stock and it was NOT ready. The older lady (did not mention her name) apologized saying she does not know about anything or what happended bla bla bla. The store is covered in print outs stating no cash refund and only store credit (which I am pretty sure is again the consumer protection act of SA). She said I should try in the morning once Murle is back in. This is horrid service for a first-time customer and I WILL be sharing my experience about Jade & Velvet! Shocking! I've had better service from Home Affairs!
