Unprofessional rental agency

I was renting a flat and when it was time to move out there were stories. I was told there are some things needed to be fixed and remote broken. The inspection was done in my absent, I responded and refused to take responsibility for that. After a couple of hours they sent a mail apogising and promised to pay all my money back a week ago..even today I am still waiting.
