Terrible renting experience

What a Horrible and Traumatic experience. We stated renting a Property from Jade Properties (Destinata Holdings/ Properties) end of September 2018 and the issues has still not been resolved. We had trouble with the people above us and logged MULTIPLE complaints, got the guards out and phoned the Police from end of September 2018 and asked multiple times that we please be moved to another unit and the one excuse after the other was that they can't do anything until the Body Corporate made a Decision. We asked that the owner of both the units be informed and still excuses followed. End of October 2018 we asked again that we pleased be moved and that the owner of the unit above be held responsible for all moving costs. In November we sent contact details to Jade Properties (Destinata Holdings/Properties) of other units in the complex and asked AGAIN that we move and the contract be moved over. We found a unit and moved end of November 2018 informing the Agency. Now they don't want to refund our Deposits and all moving costs as they said we Terminated our Contract early and we can claim back from the owner of the above unit or De Lucia Properties (The Managing Agent of the Complex) as they need to use the Deposit for December's rent and as soon as someone moves in we can get our Deposit back. They have been sending us Invoices every month that we still owe them money. The day they asked us to pay Deposits and Pro-rata because we wanted to move in earlier we paid everything. When it came to checks and fixing things in the unit excuses we made, when complaints were logged excuses followed. We will NEVER recommend Jade Properties (Destinata Holdings/Properties) to anyone!!!!!!!
