Dreadful, rude service
<p>Truly pathetic experience coming from an estate agency.</p> <p><br />I would like to know the procedure relevant to their approval process. How you decide whether an application is relevant or not to a landlord.</p> <p>Your rude consultant contacted me today, asking of my relationship to a 3rd party who will be co-habbiting with me. The nature of which I don't believe is relevant to her, or the processing of the application. Upon sending the email with the party's ID as requested, (and already unhappily so due to the fact that who will stay with me in my prospective future house is not actually relevant to you lest I be overloading the house, causing damage, or roudy behaviour which bothers the neighbours) I get a phone call from the concerned individual, who now starts questioning my intent in life.</p> <p>As per the below<br />https://www.privateproperty.co.za/advice/property/articles/tenants-rights-and-obligations/559</p> <p>There is no obligation on my part to state my relationship to my co-habitors. So phoning me, and asking me, with attitude nonetheless, if the person concerned is a friend, sister, or fiance was highly unprofessional conduct from the lady above.</p> <p>Furthermore so, when she addresses me with attitude to tell me to "listen". So not on. Just comes across as another realtor that thinks itself the heart and soul of peoples lives.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not deal with their attitude furthermore, especially since a request for a written confirmation of the rejection was altogether ignored by your majesties.</p> <p>I am very unhappy about the unprofessional conduct I have thus received. For, if there are unknown details we should know, these should be made known upfront, and not as an FYI midway during the process. And if they are to be conveyed halfway during the process, at least convey them in a professional manner, and not with a low-life attitude.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never recommend this service to anyone. In fact, ill discourage anyone i know of from doing business with them and i hope this post will put their ****ty business attitude into peoples perspective.</p>
