SO DISAPPOINTED IN QUALITY IN JEWS AND SERVICE

my mom thought bought me "decent cross and chain" as she has stage 4 cancer so she wanted to buy decent gift so she went to jade jewelry bought me gold cross and chain for pretty penny in September, I wore chain for week and bit and hook in my hair and pull out slowly so my hair wouldn't break, but my chain did so I called and reported it immendly, and was told to bring it in the get it repaired as my heart was so broken about this as I know my mom make sure I had decent cross and chain, at stage mom in hospital so I couldn't take to jewerely store asap so after two weeks and I did report it to the store I took it in, after calling and calling and calling everyday the we waiting for supplier.... finally got back to me said if they do fix it will break again, then after 3 weeks said no cant fix it then was promise talk to supplier to try fix it but now since September til now and endless call just empty promise, now get told if do fix it cant bath or do anything with it so basically useless.. what the point of buying gold expensive chain and cant wear it... I feel we been rob and now get told that apparently they said to my mom it daingle and weak chain, do you honestly think anyone would buy it if truthfully told someone told you that... im disguested in the quality of jewerely , we going into march and still I must call if not daily but weekly to try remind them about my chain just to get same excuses... not happy as I know my mom made sure I got decent gift and went out of her way to make sure of it.
