Jade Investor Portfolio Management failure to pay back damage deposit

I rented an apartment from Jade Investor Portfolio Management. They made me pay 3 x the normal deposit, their reason being that I’m a non-South African.

Fast-forward a year later, I decided not to renew my lease agreement with them. Per the contract signed, I was to receive my deposit back 14 days after moving out. Three weeks later, I’m still being sent from pillar to post, one Emile claims to have paid back my deposit but when I ask for a proof of payment I don’t get one. When their office number is called they also claim the money was paid but they “can’t see the date on which it was paid”. Utter *******.

To this day, I await my deposit. Horrible service from these people.
