Worst customer service ever

What a bad service for Jadas hardware kliptown I'm regular customer but they gave me a worst service ever in my life and won't buy or put my foot ever in that hardware because they refused to give me a refund for rhinolite and they told me that they don't do a refund on a rhinolite but it's not written on their terms and conditions.
