Extremely Horrible and rude service

I am a female who had a horrible experience yesterday at Jadas hardware roodepoort, went there to buy tiles arrived at 3 but left at 5 because the teller kept on doing up and down and attending to other newly arriving customers while I was waiting for him that was the first disrespect little did I know that more was coming when they load my staff at the back yard while I was also there the teller and his boss came to say I was delaying them they were supposed to have left they can't work overtime that is not going to be paid because of me, I got so surprised because It is them that delayed me for 2 hours that was not enough at all I asked why the bags of cements were not the same number as the board that was pasted on the combo and asked to see the board with features of the combo again that's when this manager responded to me very rudely to say I must go to the shop and get it by myself as he is not or none of his staff will get it for me and went on and on shouting me in front of my tiler and my daughter and his packers when responding to him he ordered his packers to offload my tiles that were already loaded and that he is going to give me back my money he doesn't care about my money. I have never seen such a disrespect from someone calling himself a manager or the last person in the shop in my whole entire life I swear. I agreed to his request so he quickly went inside and ordered his people to call me, I went inside he started counting the cash by the amount of 19 700 in front of his staff members about 7 guys watching and I felt so unsafe I asked him to transfer it electronically and the teller counted it so fast when I asked to also count the teller got so furious that he doesn't have time so the argument started again that's when a guy with a cap and earings jumped and came to me so close to my face with his finger pointing straight to my forehead told me to give him the money so he can count it when I refused he went very mad like his boss threatening to hit me in front of my 10year old daughter. I got so scared as the guy was so close to hit me. The so called manager said the staff must calm down the shop did not loose anything and that he will take them home and buy them drink and moved the teller to count for me by himself. I still thank God to have left the shop in one piece and still carrying the money in my hand. I would advise the senior management to take the intire staff to client service course starting with the store manager so they can stop harrasing customers
