Pivot door duplication

I ask for quote for the house doors. They requested the house plan to quote as per the schedule which I have submitted. I paid 75% for them to start with manufacturing. They said before they can manufacture the doors I must finish the floor tiling so that they can take precise door measurements. I then noticed that there is duplicate on pivot doors. I reported to them that there duplication on pivot doors. They said they already made the doors they can’t cancel, I must take the doors. I only finished floor tiling now, where did they get precise measurements
