Very Very Very poor service

I bought a jaccuzi at Buildup and they deliver the wrong lid for jaccuzi... I phoned Dawid at Buildup several times he does not answer his phone or WhatsApp or emails sent to them.. my jaccuzi is so dirty already because I dont want to put the wrong lid on.. On my purchase order stand I want a black one and the deliver a brown one... After several times reyi g to get hold of them they don't respond.. was quickly to take the money that a pay and that was not cheap this is the service you get... Won't recommend them to anybody... Please people after they sell something to you they won't answer your calls afterwards.
