Bad Attitude & No Respect

Contacted the company to come and quote on repairs to a Jacuzzi. They came through to the site and inspected the Jacuzzi and gave a quote. Gave them the vertebral go ahead for Monday and payment would be done cash on Sunday.

Sunday came and I had to delay it as family and friends had come through to the house and advised the owner of Jacuzzi Repairs that the payment would be done the following day. Monday morning received a message from the same owner threatening for me to pay the R450 call-out fee or he would come to my premisses and collect it, all while swearing and threatening me. This made no sense to me as we had just confirmed the go-ahead for a R5400 repair job, the day before. Needless to say we paid the call out fee as promised and cancelled the job with him. When phoned directly he did not answer first time. When called again later he profusely apologized and advised that is was a mistake. This was no excuses for his behavior and threatening nature. I would highly advise NOT doing business with this company.
