Stay away from Jacuzzi Doctor / Aqua Spa installers
Worst service - from overcharging by 3 times quoted amount from Aqua Spa, to poor customer service and getting reprimanded for their scheduling mess ups, to no shows on the day multiple times, lack of communication, they demand full payment upfront and then just dont show up on booked days. Natasha will talk to you as if its your fault and never apologise for poor planning and poor management. They schedule others in front of you despite you booking and paying in full. In my case they delayed my installation due to "a 3 day sauna emergency in Mossel Bay". Jacuzzi doctor are late, rude and have missing parts so cannot complete. You have to chase them constantly its exhausting. Do not use them. Stay away. Im not sure why Aqua Spa insists on using them.
