Poses as area security expert and sub contracts

Jacques has posted ads all over the internet about being an expert in security, alarms, etc. He also specifies certain areas. However, he is based in Krugersdorp and therefore a call out is more expensive than if he was really locally based, and further he sub contracts the actual work to another group. I specifically contacted him because of his ad stating that are experts and working in my area (Edenvale). I was confused when two teams arrived but now know that Jacques and his guy were not the experts - the second team actually did the work. After they left I found that my alarm was still not working and asked them to come back to do the job properly. I was then informed that I must contact the technician who wanted a call out fee! My alarm was totally unusable as it continually gave false activations and I was left without security at all, plus a huge overpriced bill that had been charged and paid. I have been unable to retrieve my money and had to get someone else and pay them to repair what Jacques and his teams broke.
