BEWARE BEFORE SIGNING WITH THIS AGENT

Rented a house in De Tijger fully furnished for 3 months directly from Jacqueline little did I know I had signed up for such issues , After our lease finished we had them deduct every cent of our R25000 replacing a 1990 something they deducted for a brand new one cos they 12 year old microwave want working even though I actually came with my new microwave , then they said the carpets where not clean enough after spending money getting a cleaning company in to leave the place looking good after all that they employed a cleaning company which looks like she owns or knows the person who' owns it to come and clean the very next day after our cleaning company

then we took the rugs to a profession Persian cleaner because we know the door hair ( cute lil pug) was on

they took it to their own straight after

they looked for every single little reason not to pay us our full deposit after staying there for only 3 months

I'm still in shock and I thought today let me share this and I saw another person wrote a review also fighting a lossing battle with them

my advise

make sure you don't just take pictures but take videos and also include her in the video stating the date of inspection because if you just show pictures they will show their own pictures taken God knows when

the last straw is the night we were suppose to move out someone broke in went in through the trellidor and took our which was upstairs and did not take anything in the house which I found shocking but o rest my case

I will never deal with this agent again and I hope other people will be care full when they do because they find really nice properties for you just record everything dates inspection dates and when you sign the inspection paper cross out any space for writing anything else

MAKE SURE YOU DO EVERYTHING BY THE BOOK AND CONSULT PROPERTY COMPANIES OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT ON WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES AND WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
