Be carefull when getting into Rental Agreement

The Rental Agent will do anything to get commission and only cover the Landlord and their Commission. Don't care about the Tenant and make the Rental Agreements to suit only them and you will only find this out once you are locked in. They put on things such as FOETS!!!...STOOTS!!!!...This is not Legal as I have found out. This they do when they pretty much know and are usually aware of major defects which one will only find out once in the property and the problems occur such as with me. Major Damp seeping through walls. Leaks. Burst Pipes. Tiles now lifting .They fail to respond to maintained issues. Only tell you to put things in Writing and they never get back to you I writing to once again protect and deflect from the place that they know is not in liveable condition. They pass the buck. Blame the Body Corporate and look for any loop hole where they can get extra money as they are Greedy. They have conflicting views to the Rental Tribune and try cover their bad service by stringent Lease Conditions that they never handed the Apartment over to me in those same conditions. They slam the phone down when you try arrange a solution to benefit all parties as this should in rental.
