JACQUE LOUW PROPERTIES

I queried the water and electricity billed which was quiet high and every time the landlord comes up with some excuse they will investigate it but nothing was done and when I received my September billing to my surprise I see I was charged with additional billing for refuse and sewerage double charged and when I sent and email to the Jacque Louw property on the 30 September 2024 whereas no reply was received later on the day I received and email saying that they will not renew my contract and given us working 40 business day notice. I immediately contacted Lorriane Keyser on her cell asking her what’s happening upon the conversation Lorriane mention because of the email I sent this morning that why the owner given you notice. i therefore acted on the notice period given where as i immediaely started to look for other accomadation it is not easy to find property to rent within your budget on a short notice period, so we viewed several flats for rent upon which we found our current placed it required occuption on the 1 november considerating that we then sent the email to Jacque Louw property notifyin them that we acknowledge your email on the 40 day notice period and we will be moving out on the 31 of october 2024 and they was also notified on the whatsup grou chat. this was sent on the 10.10.2024. Now Jacque Louw has not paid back my deposit for the flat in 6 Villa Granada cause the refuse to pay us saying that we need to pay rent for november 2024 i think this is not acceptable. the even got the attorney to sent us email upon which we did reply to the attorney on the 6.11.2024 until date no response was recieved from the attorney or Jacque louw Properties. Even Mara Louw called and started to harass me saying that you will pay the novembers rent cause we dont have tenats for that month. so how can this be fair. All i want is my balance on the deposit which i paid to Jacque Louw properties to be given back to me . they are really daylight theives that loves to ***** from the tenants
