Horrible service from this white people in richards bay. We booked for 2 people only to find one bedroom. How can to grown up man sleep in one bedroom. They refused to refund our money telling us that they do not do refunds. I'm very disappointed. There's no where we agreed to one bedroom and no where we were informed of no refund policy
