Conveyancer has not refunded my deposit

On 17-04-2015, I made an offer to buy Erf 626 Peach Tree (Copperleaf). While busy finalising the funding of the transaction, the conveyancer cancelled the contract but did not refund my deposit of R415 490 paid on 23/05/2015. The Conveyancer and Estate Agent are now quite about the deposit.
