Pathetic service from Jacob's pool repairs

The most pathetic service ever. I payed 80% deposit for them to epoxy sealing the pool because it leaked. They took three weeks to finally finish the job and I let it dry for another 6 days. Then I filled up with water, two days later put in the barracuda to clean then see pieces of the epoxy coming right off when the barracuda went over. Please do not make use of this useless business. After paying nearly R14k the pool still leaks
