Jacobs is both bland in flavour and *******

I purchased 3 bags of Jacobs coffee. 1 was regular Jacobs the other 2 was Jacobs gold 230g. I made a complaint as the coffee tastes bland. After a few days I got feedback stating that they did an investigation and the coffee from that batch was bland. They then gave me R150 Shoprite voucher for more Jacobs. When I said that I spend more than that on the coffee I was told that they need to investigate further and they needed to collect the coffee in my possession. They collect 1 and a half times 230g refil bags or Jacobs Gold on Monday and I have not heard back from them since. Now I have no coffee and no money returned and I am not hearing back from Jacobs after a week.

I would never in a million years have thought that Jacobs was both bland and *****. Never trusting this brand again and I will make it my duty to warn as many people as possible about their disgusting behaviour.
