Gives me hurtburn lately, never did before

I have been drinking Jacobs coffee since before I met my wife (2015). Lately I can't drink it anymore, the formula changed or something. Both my wife and I get really heartburn if we drink it lately, we havn't changed how we drink it or anything. It got so bad I had to switch to a different brand of coffee. I dunno if you guys changed the formula or something, but it gives me heartburn and never did, been drinking Jacobs since like 2014.

I always drink the instance "KRÖNUNG" coffee.
