don't give me an appointment time if its not met

I need routine medicals done so I was told to come in at 10:00. Its now 11:22 and I'm still waiting for somebody to come and tell me what's happening. Nobody has even apologised or given me reason as to why I am still waiting for over 2 hours and not getting any service. What the hell man??
