Threatening call. Need feedback

I received a call this morning from the call centre with regards to my Vodacom account. This month I excercised my right to use debt counselling as I could not keep up with all my payments.

I advised her that I have the right and the vodacom account has been listed with the counseller and they will be in touch with JBA.

She then got aggressive and told me that a cellphone contract is more important than any other contract and that I cannot use debt counselling. I tried to explain that she is welcome to get hold of Debt busters who are handling my account. She stated that she does not have their number and the exact words that followed were "I phoned you so you need to listen to me!". It then concluded with her saying she is going to issue a garnishing order againt me. I ended the call as I was not going to continue to accept her agressive manner and threats.

Could someone in management please contact me so I can have this resolved. Please feel welcome to listen to the recorded phone call before hand.

Thank you
