I'm very disappointed with these lawyers. Last year I called them to remove my name from debt review and they explained the process to me and I was to pay them a once off payment. I paid the money and never received any feedback from them, when I call them they always promise to call me back but they don't. They then called after a few months and asked for more money and I said I need progress before I can pay that money but they didn't give me anything. I regret taking that decision now because I paid for nothing.
