Sale Consultant **** to me about my tracking coverage

In January 2018, I have signed up for the Cartrack recovery contract. I was told that I would be covered for R99 per month and that in the event that they cannot find the car, I would be paid up to R80 000 of what the vehicle is worth. Fastforward to August 2018, I decided to test if they could actually tell me where the vehicle is and that everything is still fine with the device, now support staff are telling me that I need to pay R200 to have the coverage that I was told would be included in the R99 package. Thus now I would like to cancel my contract as Ive been misinformed/**** to by the sales consultant and apparently I must pay R1700 to get out of this contract?? This is ridiculous. Cartrack sales consultants are scrupulous lying human beings, *****ing people into contracts that are not worth the paper they are written on. NEVER sign up with them, you'll regret it.
