Non response and unreliable

My vodacom account was defaulted and Handed to Masingita lawyers. I got a letter of demand, I sent emails, they never respond to, I called and never got help, vodacom promised to help but didn't. I called again and they promised to clear my name and send a paid up letter, it has been 4 months nothing changed, never even recieved the letter. Disappointed
