Jacobs Burnard and Associates and Vodacom listing innocent people on the credit bureau

I found out with shock that I am listed on the credit bureau as handed over by Vodacom for a very small amount of R752. What makes matters worse is that nor Vodacom nor the Debt Collector, Jacobs Burnard and Associates can tell me what this is about. Vodacom are putting me from pillar to post and at Jacobs, Burnard and Associates the lady working with the file is not at work and they promised to come back to me with a statement, but I am still waiting.

When scanning this site, I notices there is a lot of harassment to consumers from this Debt Collector. I certainly are in process to lodge a complaint to the Law Society of South Africa if my credit bureau record is not corected today.
