Debt Collectors Using Bullying Tactics

I have been receiving bullying tactics from the said attorney used by Vodacom for debt collection services. Surprisingly they actually ignore the code of conduct completely and try an bully people into making commitments. I am also further surprised that Vodacom is making use of such type of debt collectors as there are many that actually provide a far better service in collecting debt on behalf of corporate customers. Please be aware of your rights as a customer when dealing with debt collectors.
