call centre agent htinking he owns the world.
I got a call from one of their agent named Mr Ramohele, that guy thinks he knows everything about anything and anyone. very rude and threatens people. When you ask him for solutions, he tells you about that not being his place and he is going to do things, and those things might get you fired. He needs to be dealt with, he thinks he is all high and mighty.
