Bad Attitude,rudeness,lies,threatening life

Hello Peter. Iam writing with disheartened emotions. I was insulted and threatened by one agent from Jacobs Burnard and associates. I received an sms today 4th October regarding my GetBucks account. The rude and obscene agents name is Mr Ramoele to name and shame him. I got an SMS from them saying that they are going to give me a garnishing order on my GetBucks account, so I gave them a call asking why. Mr Ramoele answered the call and started threatning me and rudely telling me that he will deal with me in his own way in spite of the fact that I told him that I have changed my bank and I have never skipped payment so I dont deserve a garnishing order. He refused to listen and instead relentlessly threatened my life. I have proof of all payments and I insisted that I will make payment arrangements with him but he continued to be rude and insulting. I contacted the ombudsman and they adviced me to contact the law society. I tried to be reasonable and tried to avoid him. I called again to atleast speak to the supervisor but to no avail instead it was him on the other end. He said there is no one else I'll be speaking to except him. I was really shocked and scared that he has no superior I can deal with. Before he could rudely hang up he said to me "he will show me who he is".

I ask that you assist in this matter because it seems he is used to getting his way with clients. I also ask if you could go through all the call records in your investigation.
