Terrible service

Hi My complaint is for the staff at jacobs international legal . Sales department was quick an very efficient to get my payment. I was told the process would take 30 to days 90. Emails was received with proof of there service. 5 months down the line i cant even get a followed call. Thalia and zhaun has supposedly been working on my file. But every time i call they say they dont know. Now who knows. I requested a refund so i can go else where for help. An no reply I checked gumtree they have so many ads advertising how they can help. I hope the people checks the complaints an reviews first. But they sign on with u guys . Your service is sad an pathetic. Can someone just refund me . So i can pay some other company that actually knows what they doing.
