Refund please!!!

This company offered to assist me with removing debt review against my.name and my partner's name.We paid them R3250 each to.assist us as we have settled all our accounts but to date they have not done anything to assist ,instead they let you sign a non refundable form but the CEO Bevan.Jacobs sent me a whatsapp in October promising me a refund but to date I still have not received my refund I have made nurmerous calls but to no avail have I been.assisted .Really dissapointed
