No service for R7000

I saw an advert on Facebook from an employee at Jacobs International about debt review removal. I then referred my mother who was under debt review. The process was made to seem simple and she was told she would be removed from debt review by the end of January. Almost 4 months and R7000 down the line,still no debt review removal. Instead now my mother is being told she has not paid. She is stressed and considering going to the police.
