<p>I paid Mr Bevan money to pay my creditors,i found out last year in December that he havent been paying a single one,i reported him to the NCR up until today,he give 3dates on when he's going to refund me,but he cant even do that,i believe i'm not the only one he's been doing this to.&nbsp;</p>
