bad service

It was very easy to get me under debt review for these people, even without an agreement reached. Then after paying my debts and they should remove the flag, Jacob keeps saying he's gonna ask his staff to do it because he is on holiday. about 10 days later the staff sends clearance certificate with missing details. Tried contacting Jacob on his cellphone or the office nobody answered, emails not rep**** to. 30 days later still no help. Basically its been 2 months waiting for these guys to do their jobs like i did my part as promised.
