Rude and weird Plumber

Jaco Smit sent me an invoice for plumbing work which I accepted and his terms were COD. He arrived on the scheduled day and before greeting me said “Do you have my money ?!!”, in front of my family. I said I would be happy to pay EFT or cash at the end of the job. He said no he needed to buy materials first, so I offered to drive with him to draw the cash next to the hardware. He got aggressive and rude and started insulting me and my family - and walked off without doing the job.
