Worst service and plenty of lies

<p>My husband and I purchased a property from JRE not so long ago and we were so happy with their service at the time. The estate agent, Rona assisted us all the way. Everything went really well and we were told registration of the house would take place early September. The house we bought had tenants in it but we were assured this would not be a problem. In August my husband sent Rona an sms to ask if the tenants had been given notice, she rep**** that they had but she will make sure. She then sent another sms to say that they were given notice to vacate the propey at the end of August. This was around the 18th August. On the 3rd of Sept we drove pass the house and realised the tenants were not out. We immediately phoned Rona, she said she will look into it, and we have never heard from her again . She does not answer our calls or reply to our messages or email. We then demanded a copy of the notice to the tenants, only then does the assistant at JRE advise us that the tenants were never given notice, and notice was only given on the 8 Sept. Now the tenants refuse to move out. Jaco himself does not answer his phone or reply to his emails, and i would love to tell him how we had been **** to. Now at the end of Sept we don't know what will happen as other tenants need to move into the house we are living in. I would advise anybody who deals with this company to request proof and not just trust that they are a reputable honest company. They genuinely do not care otherwise she would have took ownership of her lie and offered assistance, and the man who the company is named after would have shown some kind of concern that people may be running his name into the ground. I wish somebody had warned us. All they've really done is given us sleepless nights and made an exciting time in our lives really horrible.</p>
