. Documents received on ***2 only indicated amount of R626.90 due, no other amounts was completed/indicated as their is provision therefore on the documents. If it was indicated I Would have paid that amount on the day as I did.<br> <br> 2. The fact that your office decided not to communicate with me since ***2 until ***4 was neglegant from your side. The fact that you decided not to contact me any further, as mentioned in your email is unacceptable and *********.<br> <br> 3. The amount of R626.90 was the settlement amount payable on or before ***5, but I only received documents from your office on ***2.<br> <br> <br> I am however willing to compromise and pay the outstanding amount of R228.92 as it was on ***2 as per your statement, although I never received any communication, written or telephonic, with regards to this account.
