BAD SERVICE

I was contacted by Jaco Pienaar Attorneys after Dr. D LAMPRECHT handed me over. I saw Dr. Lamprecht in 2017 and never received an account to indicate that the medical aid did not pay the account. In 2019 I was handed over to Jaco Pienaar Attorneys, who contacted me via email. I agreed to pay R100 per month. Initially I owedDr. D LAMPRECHT something like R1100, then they added their fees. In June I received a statement that I owe R1581. I paid R500 since then, today I got an invoice stating that I still owe R1431. They charge R29.33 for every email they send. They charge R29.33 for making phone calls to me. I have never spoken to them. I cannot answer the phone when I am at work, as I am in the pool, I am a swimming coach. They never leave a voicemail, so how am I supposed to know who phoned? I don't phone back all calls I miss, as a lot of them are spam. I now told them that their fees are ridiculous and the must list me, as at the rate they are adding fees, I will never be able to settle this account. Why couldn't Dr. Lamprecht send me an account in the first place? Then I never would have been handed over, because I would have made an arrangement with them.
