NO REFUNDING OF DEPOSITS PAID

I rented a house from Jaco Du Plessis in February 2017 in Garsfontein, there was ALOT wrong and nothing was fixed, it was an absolute mess, i had to paint the entire house out at my own cost and not 1c was refunded. i have now moved out and i am still waiting for my statement as well as my ingoing and outgoing inspection list not to mention my deposit. He is ignoring ALL my mails, calls and sms's and he blocked me from Whats App. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!!!
