***** builder, keeps wanting more money but doesnt finish a job. Watch out, jumps in and start off with labour, but doesn't bring much material, it's always "at his house". Then when the job is 10% done he asks for another amount, far more than the total invoice amount. He sends **** proof of payments, gives you falsified bank account details, and never provides the material you bought. He caused us great trouble and ran away whilest there was a big gaping hole in our house and the boundry wall was.incomplete. We never received sliding door, kitchen, tiles, wall slabs, paint, drywall. Doesn't pay his staff, a regular at saps.
