Unprofessional staff

Beautiful fabrics but ******* staff. We told one of the workers which fabric we would like him to fetch because the roll is too heavy for my friend and I to carry to the cutting table, so he told us to stand in the line in front that says queue here. We went to go stand there, first in the line and when it was our turn to be helped, we told the guy that we needed his help to get the fabric roll to the cutting table. Then the ladies behind us in the line started complaining because we didn't have the fabric roll with us and the staff member that was supposed to help us next, told my friend and I to stand at the back of the line while he helped everyone else before helping us.

And when it was time to pay at the register there was a cashier with very short hair, just burping loudly and constantly without saying pardon or anything
