Jacksons Fabric don't respect their customers

I am a resident of Bellville for many years, but this was the first time I was in your store in Bellville, today. Needless to say, I will never go there again.

Went in there looking for press-studs for an imported jacket that I have. When I asked the girl behind the counter if you stocked those. She abruptly told me yes, but I will have to wait as she is busy with a customer. I was stunned at her tone of voice and on top of that, she went on to enjoy a good laugh with the customer she had infront of her. I have never felt so embarrassed in my entire life. When I had asked why they are laughing at me, I was met with aggressive stares from your staff member and equally aggressive speach from the person who appeared to be her friend.

I was fully aware that she was still busy serving the person at the counter. What I will not accept is her tone of voice and the manner in which I was ridiculed on your store. Also, it was not a difficult thing to answer me in a friendly and welcoming manner.

All I wanted was a few pres-studs and to know if you had them or not. Instead this is what I was met with.

Disgusting how people think that they are superior to others based on their own assumptions of appearances. I might not have been wearing any dignified clothing, but I assure you, if I was wearing formal wear, I Wouldve been treated in a better way. I am a business person and am fully aware of my rights. And my right as a human being is to be treated in a fair manner and with dignity. Your cashier came up short in customer service as surely lacks people skills.

Please know that I am totally disgusted in which the matter, was not even dealt with by your cashier lady and will be taking this complaint to social media! I will never set my foot in your store again, nor will I recommend anyone to buy from Jackson's, countrywide!
