Lying about pricing and adding of R1000 plus

I phoned Jacks Tyres I good faith and was quoted the following on pricing:<br> For 215/65/R15 tyres for commercial Ford Transit Vehicle:<br> Firestone - R1090<br> Conti - R1290<br> Dunlop - R960<br> Goodyear R1150 <br> When my husband drove all the way from Hillcrest to the Bluff to have the tyres fitted (they said they had plenty stock) they told him the lady that gave the pricing gave the incorrect pricing - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Disgusting!! So they then charged him approximately R1300 for another tyre they recommended. Then ONLY ONCE FITTED and paid for they tell him they are not happy with the quality of those tyres and that he must come back in three weeks - pay an additional R300 per tyre and then get other tyres!!! What a total ripoff!!! I expect someone to get back to me from Jacks Tyres to give us what was quoted and to stop trying to ****** more money from us!!! Disgusting!!
