Total ******* for paint

I wanted to touch up the paintwork on my house so I took a sample of the paint to Jackes Paint Bracken City. They mixed some paint and wanted to charge nearly R800 for 5ltr and when I complained the price changed to R550. When I started to touch up the paint was a much lighter colour. I took it back with another sample of the paint off the wall. They re-mixed it and told me I was not painting correctly and that you cannot pouch up paintwork you have to paint the whol;e wall. I said i don;t think so and was told welcome to the world of paint. I went to another paint supplier and got the correct colour for R200 for 5ltr. I will never use Jackes Paint again
